My method is to build a caring therapeutic relationship based on trust, genuineness, and agreement on the goals of therapy.
Therapy is a collaborative endeavor that helps illuminate one's best path to life satisfaction. I use interpersonal, experiential, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help increase self-acceptance and improve one's management of life challenges. Specific goals of treatment might include improved mood, reduced stress and anxiety, improved relationships, and greater self-care.
